HCC is seeking a qualified Home Infusion Intake Coordinator for a full-time opportunity in New York, NY.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years experience in intake or patient care coordination in a Home Infusion Pharmacy or health care environment. Additional skills expected are:
- Knowledge of benefit requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and 3rd party payers
- Proficient with medical terminology: ICD-9/ICD-10, associated with health care/home infusion
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office, capable use of the internet, and email
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
