Enabling Growth for a Mid-Size Pharmacy Group Through Specialized Temp Staffing & Consulting

In early 2022, a growing, mid-size specialty pharmacy group on the west coast engaged HCC’s consulting team to help develop and implement growth strategy involving a new pharmacy opening & an acquisition. In addition to guiding the details of the pharmacy opening and acquisition, HCC’s consulting team & staffing teams worked together to identify ways that HCC could provide temp staffing and temp pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) for nearly 6 months to support the specialty pharmacy group’s growth efforts. The group successfully achieved their expansion goals without missing a step with the help of continued staffing from HCC for existing and new operations.
